Hay Fever is a new production of Noël Coward’s comedy, directed by Emily Burns. Christine Baranski, an Emmy, two-time Tony, Screen Actors Guild and Drama Desk winner, makes her West End debut as Judith Bliss, alongside Richard E. Grant.
Judith Bliss has retired from life on stage, but misses the applause. When she invites a young fan to the family country home for the weekend, each of the Blisses has a guest arriving at the same time, and the house quickly erupts into parlour games, put-downs and unrequested encores.
Selected performances: 27 October includes trailer filming, and the performances on 16 November and 19 November will be filmed. Latecomers will not be admitted.
