About The Hunger Games On Stage

The Hunger Games On Stage at Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre in London is the first theatre adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ internationally acclaimed book and Lionsgate’s motion picture. Arriving in London in 2025, it brings the story of Katniss Everdeen to the stage in a purpose-built venue.

An award-winning creative team includes playwright Conor McPherson and director Matthew Dunster. The production follows Katniss Everdeen as she defies the odds in a story centred on courage, hope and human spirit.

Key facts: Act 1: 1 hour 07 mins; interval: 20 mins; Act 2: 1 hour 08 mins.

Before you book

This production contains loud noises and explosions, haze and smoke, flashing lights and strobe. It also includes depictions of murder and manslaughter, with references to death, grief and guilt. Under 3s are not permitted. The recommended age is 12+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
