About Oh, Mary!

Oh, Mary! at the Trafalgar Theatre, London is Cole Escola’s dark comedy about Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln’s assassination. Directed by Sam Pinkleton, it follows Mary through unrequited yearning, alcoholism and suppressed desires.

The New York Times called it “one of the best comedies in years”. The production also received Tony Awards for Best Leading Actor in a Play for Cole Escola and Best Direction of a Play for Sam Pinkleton.

Duration: 1 hour 20 minutes with no intermission.

Before you book

Age guidance: Ages 14+. Children under 4 are not permitted.

Casting and filming: Mason Alexander Park plays Mary Todd Lincoln until 18th July, Cole Escola from 20th July to 15th August, and Jinkx Monsoon from 17th August to 26th September. Catherine Tate will no longer perform in Oh, Mary! at the Trafalgar Theatre. The performance on Thursday 30th July will have cameras filming a portion of the show; by attending, you consent to photography, filming and recording.
