Trainspotting - the musical at Haymarket, London, is a stage adaptation written by Irvine Welsh, with music and lyrics by Stephen McGuinness and Irvine Welsh, and directed and developed by Caroline Jay Ranger. It brings back Renton, Sick Boy, Begbie, Spud, Tommy and Kelly, alongside an ensemble cast and a live band.

Set thirty years on from the film, the production features some of the tracks from the film that defined a generation, together with original songs. It is presented as a new musical for the West End stage.

Duration: 2 hours, including a 20-minute interval.
