About Disney's Hercules

Disney's Hercules at Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London is a musical inspired by the animated film and based on the ancient myth. Set in Ancient Greece, it follows Hercules, who is not quite a god, as he tries to save the world from Hades.

Directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw, the production features music by Alan Menken, lyrics by David Zippel, a new book by Robert Horn and Kwame Kwei-Armah, and co-choreography by Tanisha Scott. The story centres on adventure, self-discovery and love.

Key facts: Suitable for ages 6 and over. Captioned performance: 15th September. BSL performance: 23rd September. Audio described performance: 29th November.

Joining him are Candace Furbert as Thalia, Sharlene Hector as Clio, Brianna Ogunbawo as Melpomene, Malinda Parris as Calliope, Robyn Rose-Li as Terpsichore and Kamilla Fernandes as Standby Muse. Mae Ann Jorolan plays Meg, Trevor Dion Nicholas plays Phil, Stephen Carlile plays Hades, and Craig Gallivan and Lee Zarrett appear as Bob and Charles.
