Disney's Hercules is at Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London. This musical is inspired by the animated film and based on the ancient myth, following Hercules in Ancient Greece as he tries to save the world from Hades while finding out what it means to be a hero.
Directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw, with music by Alan Menken, lyrics by David Zippel, a brand-new book by Robert Horn and Kwame Kwei-Armah, and co-choreography by Tanisha Scott, the production brings the story to the stage with a fresh theatrical team behind it.
The show’s story blends adventure, self-discovery and love, with a setting that moves between gods, mortals and the underworld.
