About The Gruffalo
The Gruffalo is Tall Stories’ musical adaptation of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s picture book, returning by popular demand for its 25th anniversary. The story follows Mouse on a journey through the deep dark wood, where he meets Fox, the old Owl and Snake while searching for hazelnuts.
Created for children aged 3 and up and their grown-ups, the show combines storytelling, songs and comic character moments as Mouse tries to work out whether the terrifying Gruffalo is real, after all.
Duration: 60 mins.
Before you book
This production is suitable for children aged 3 and over. For all productions at Nimax Theatres, children aged 14 and below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, and they must sit in seats next to each other.
