About Buffy Revamped (2026)

Buffy Revamped is playing at the Lyric Theatre, London. This fast-paced solo show retells the full 144 episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer through Spike, covering seven seasons in 70 minutes.

Created by comedian Brendan Murphy, the show has toured the UK after an award-winning Edinburgh Fringe premiere in 2022, a Christmas season in Toronto in 2023 and several sold-out national tours. It is written as a parody with a strong 90s pop-culture focus, and is presented as a show for Buffy fans as well as people unfamiliar with Sunnydale.

The production was named Best One Person Show and Best Comedy Performance at the DarkChat Awards 2022, and was the Best reviewed show at Edinburgh 2023. Murphy’s previous show, FRIEND (The One with Gunther), won Best Play at the World Wide Comedy Awards.
