The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier below the London Eye. This award-winning sightseeing cruise takes you along the River Thames past some of London’s best-known riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge.
On board, expert guides provide commentary that combines facts and humour, with references to the Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and the history of the Houses of Parliament. The ticket also includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience.
The cruise runs in all weathers, with covered seating and a sun deck. It is a circular cruise without stops, with boarding and disembarking only at The London Eye Pier.

Arrival: Please go to The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before boarding.
Children and tickets: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket.
Access and changes: The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. After booking, wheelchair timeslots should be arranged in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Getting there: The pier is below the lastminute.com London Eye. Nearby Underground stations include Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster. Waterloo is about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about ten to fifteen minutes’ walk, and from Westminster you should take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
