The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier, below the London Eye, and offers an award-winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. The route takes in some of the city’s best-known riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with expert guides providing live commentary along the way.
The cruise is circular and does not stop, so boarding and disembarking take place at The London Eye Pier only. Your ticket includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience. Audio commentaries are also available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
Suitable in all weathers, the cruise has both covered and sun deck seating.

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket.
Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before boarding. The exact admission time is confirmed at checkout and on the voucher.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted. Once you have booked, wheelchair timeslots should be arranged in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference.

The pier is below the London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby.
