About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier beside the London Eye and is an award-winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise. It travels past the Houses of Parliament and on to Tower Bridge before returning to the pier.

On board, expert guides provide commentary with facts and lighter moments about landmarks including Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and the Houses of Parliament. The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered seating and a sun deck.

Your ticket also includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The price does not include a flight on The London Eye.

Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Wheelchair users should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster is also nearby.
