About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier at the London Eye, Riverside building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB. This award-winning 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise takes you along the River Thames to view riverside landmarks including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with live commentary from the guides on board.

The ticket includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to the London Eye 4D experience. Audio commentaries are also available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

The cruise is circular with no stops, and boarding and disembarking are at The London Eye Pier only. Seating is covered and on the sun deck, so the experience runs in all weathers.

Before you book

Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before boarding.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket.

The ticket price does not include a flight on The London Eye. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. For health and safety reasons, only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters are not admitted. After booking, wheelchair timeslots can be requested in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest London Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster is also nearby; from Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
