About From The Heart

From The Heart at the Garrick Theatre is Don Black’s personal tribute to the New York cabaret scene that has shaped his career. Following a sell-out run, the Oscar-winning lyricist returns to the West End with a revised and expanded production that brings together new songs, familiar favourites and the stories behind his work.

The show features brand new songs written with composers including Gary Barlow, Natasha Bedingfield, David Arnold, Debbie Wiseman and Mike Batt. Each performance also includes a surprise special guest, before the evening ends with a medley of Don Black’s best-known songs, including Born Free, Ben, Love Changes Everything, With One Look, To Sir With Love and As If We Never Said Goodbye.

Don Black’s career spans more than five decades and includes songs for film, TV and theatre, as well as five James Bond themes. Running time: 80 minutes, no interval. The production is playing a strictly limited run of 15 performances.

Before you book

This show is recommended for ages 8 and over. If you cannot confirm that you know of no reason why you or a member of your party cannot attend the performance, you will be given details on how to exchange; exchange requests must be made no later than 48 hours before the performance start time.

Your e-ticket will only be emailed after you successfully complete the online check-in process. Attendance check-in emails begin approximately 72 hours before the performance, and contactless e-tickets are issued by Nimax Theatres once check-in is complete.
