About

The Con-venience Store

Think you're getting something for free? Think again.

Step inside the Con-venience Store – an immersive pop-up where the deals seem too good to pass up. That’s because they are.

Fronted by comedian Babatunde Aléshé, the experience will expose the hidden risks of illegal streaming, shining a light on hidden costs: malware, data theft, compromised devices and cyber scams that can put your finances and personal information at risk. The Con-venience Store, from BeStreamWise, exposes the invisible threats that many of us may carry around without even knowing.

With research showing that two in five illegal streamers have fallen victim to cyber-crime, the Con-venience Store shines a light on why checking your devices regularly could be more important than you think.

As part of the experience, you'll have the opportunity to take part in a free device amnesty. Bring along your phone, laptop or tablet and have it checked on-site by a cyber security expert.

Through live scans and demonstrations, you can be one step ahead of the criminals, discover hidden threats in real time and learn more about the security of the devices you use every day.

What to expect:

  • An interactive pop-up fronted by comedian Babatunde Aléshé
  • Eye-opening insights into the hidden threats of illegal streaming
  • A free on-site device health check from cyber security expert
  • Practical advice to help keep your devices and personal data safe

Entry is free, but spaces are limited.

Whether you're a tech enthusiast, movie buff, footie fan, or simply curious about what's really happening behind the screen, visit the Con-venience Store and discover what those illegal streaming deals could actually cost.
