CAMDESI - Light up the night

Artistic Quarters annual autumn special presents - Camdesi Light up the night on Wednesday the 7th of October.

Join us as we Light up the night with your prayers and hope for our survivors. The money we raise from the tickets you buy helps provide warm clothes, food, bedding, and other essentials for people rebuilding their lives after violence.If we raise enough, we we can work hard o towards supporting creatives who are fleeing violence and who have the talent and ambition to create and use creativity as a tool for healing but don't have the funds because of the circumstances they have survived and the systemic failures they continue to face.

There will be live performances by the Artistic Quarters collective and introducing new artists at the quarters.

We have two amazing DJs - legends in the game! Bringing you and mix of Asian underground music, reggae, vibes and Bollywood/bhangra remixes. So get your dancing shoes on!

You can also bring donations of small items, new blankets, women's toiletries and any winter gifts that will light up our women and children in refuge for the winter. More details on where you can donate for Solace will be shared at the event.
