Before you book

All customers must be over 18 years of age. Photo identification must be provided if requested, and management reserves the right to refuse entry.

No stag parties or all-male groups of six or more are permitted. Talking or disruptive behaviour is not allowed during the performance, and any breach of the Behaviour Policy, or behaviour likely to cause disruption, may result in ejection from the venue.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned. This includes cases where entry is refused for not providing photo ID or where a customer is ejected for breaching the Behaviour Policy. If the event is rescheduled or cancelled, customers will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided at booking. For rescheduled events, replacement tickets of equivalent value will be offered; for cancelled events, tickets to alternative events will be offered.
