Before you book

All customers must be over 18 years of age, and photo identification must be provided if requested. Management reserves the right to refuse entry. No stag parties or all-male groups of six or more are permitted. Talking or any disruptive behaviour during the performance is not allowed, and breach of the behaviour policy may result in ejection from the venue.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned, including if entry is refused for not providing photo ID or if a customer is ejected for breaching the behaviour policy. All advertised performers are subject to change without notice. If the event is rescheduled or cancelled, customers will be contacted by phone or email using the details provided at booking. Replacement tickets of equivalent value will be offered for rescheduled events, and alternative events will be offered if the event is cancelled.
