London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon takes visitors through 1000 years of London’s darkest history. The experience combines live actors, theatrical sets, special effects and rides, with familiar figures from the capital’s past including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
The attraction presents historical stories in an immersive style, with scenes, storytelling and themed effects designed to bring London’s more notorious moments to life.
It includes 2 thrilling rides alongside interactive shows and the use of special effects, creating a visit built around the city’s most feared characters and events.
Key facts: The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, before the start of your tour.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, it is recommended that you book in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Waterloo is the closest London Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both about a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby; from exit one, follow signs for Westminster pier.
