London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB London, is an immersive attraction that takes you through 1000 years of London’s darkest history. Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned in before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but can admit only one wheelchair user per hour. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and from Westminster use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
