London Eye - Standard Experience at the London Eye takes you on one rotation of the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, situated on the South Bank of the River Thames. The experience lasts approximately 30 minutes and is carried in 32 high-tech glass capsules.
From the wheel, you get 360-degree views across London and can see landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. On a clear day, the view extends for up to 40 kilometres.

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your visit. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but a ticket still needs to be reserved for them.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, with a limit of two wheelchairs per capsule and eight wheelchairs in total at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted. The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk, with access across Hungerford Bridge.
