Love's Labours Lost 26 is a summer production of Shakespeare’s Love’s Labour’s Lost, reimagined in a flamenco-inspired style. It presents the play as a meeting of passion, power, poetry, rhythm and romantic tension, with the action driven by the arrival of four women in Navarre on a diplomatic mission.

The King and his lords have made vows that are quickly challenged by love, desire and wit. This production is directed by Associate Artist Indiana Lown-Collins in her Globe Theatre directing debut, bringing the warmth and vibrancy of her rural Spanish roots to the comedy.

Rarely staged, Love’s Labour’s Lost is presented here as a raw, human comedy that explores connection, longing, grief, melancholy and the idea of love left unresolved.
