Love's Labours Lost 26 presents Shakespeare’s Love’s Labour’s Lost in a flamenco-inspired production. Four women arrive in Navarre on a diplomatic mission, setting the King and his lords against vows that are tested by love, desire and wit.

In her Globe Theatre directing debut, Associate Artist Indiana Lown-Collins, a former Globe Resident Artist and JMK Award winner for The Solid Life of Sugar Water at the Orange Tree Theatre, brings the warmth and vibrancy of her rural Spanish roots to the comedy. The production is shaped by rhythm, romantic tension, joy and revelry, with longing, grief and melancholy close behind.

Rarely staged, this is a fresh, human reading of the play that celebrates the desire for connection and leaves love unresolved.
