Globe Theatre Tours 2026 at Shakespeare’s Globe is Shakespeare’s Globe Story & Tour. It combines a guided visit to the Globe Theatre with time in the exhibition space, giving you a clear look at the theatre’s stagecraft, history and workings.
The exhibition traces more than 400 years of Shakespeare’s London and includes seasonally curated displays, as well as interactive costumes and props. Inside the Globe Theatre, expert Guides explain the story of the theatre’s wooden ‘O’, from the original 1599 building through plague, fire and political oppression to its return in the 1990s.
All tours are in English and are suitable for all ages. Information sheets are available in a number of languages, and the theatre is open-air, so tours go ahead in all conditions.
