About As You Like It 26
As You Like It 26 at the Globe Theatre is a new production of Shakespeare’s As You Like It. It follows Rosalind, Celia and their friends as they leave the Duke’s cold and cruel court for the Forest of Arden, where the story moves into joy, music and unexpected possibilities.
Co-directed by Sean Holmes (Romeo and Juliet, Pinocchio, Globe) and Charlie Josephine (Pinocchio, Globe, Cowbois, RSC/Royal Court), the production centres on the contrast between court and forest, with live music and a focus on revelry, self-discovery and love.
