A World Elsewhere plays in the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse and follows Cass, a boy whose imagination has always been filled with stories. Inspired by his Grandma’s love of Shakespeare, he and his band of imaginary friends have already faced heroes, villains, monsters and shipwrecks.
When the stories stop feeling inspiring and a strange darkness begins to spread through his elsewhere-world, the adventure changes. The show is described as a celebration of storytelling, with music, laughter, friendship and imagination at its centre.
The Olivier-nominated team behind Rough Magic and Midsummer Mechanicals return with this production.
