About Avenue Q
Avenue Q has returned to the West End after two decades. The three-time Tony Award-winning musical follows Princeton, a recent college graduate, as he moves into a shabby apartment on New York’s rundown Avenue Q and gets to know his colourful neighbours.
As they work through problems around work, love and paying the bills, the story plays these everyday struggles with sharp humour. The production features original Broadway director Jason Moore, known for Pitch Perfect and Shrek the Musical, and original puppet designer Rick Lyon.
