About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi takes place at the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames in London. The London Eye is 135 metres tall and is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel.

From the 32 high-tech glass capsules, you get 360-degree views across the capital. On a clear day, the views reach up to 40 kilometres and take in landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

One rotation on the London Eye takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under go free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away. From Embankment and Charing Cross, cross Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
