About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames gives you one rotation on the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel. The wheel stands 135 metres high and is made up of 32 high-tech glass capsules.

From the capsules, you can take in 360-degree views across London, with 40-kilometre panoramic views in all directions on a clear day. Landmarks visible from the wheel include Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the tour starts.

Infants aged 3 and under are free but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and request the complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, with a limit of two wheelchairs per capsule and eight wheelchairs in total on the London Eye at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted. If you use a wheelchair, the attraction recommends booking a timeslot in advance. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
