About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye takes you up the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, 135 metres above the South Bank of the River Thames. Each ride uses one of the 32 high-tech glass capsules and gives 360-degree views across London.

From the capsule, you can see landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. On a clear day, the views can reach as far as Windsor Castle, with a full rotation taking around 30 minutes.

Key facts: one rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. Infants aged 3 years and under are free but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Before you book

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present the ticket printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your visit.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and are entitled to one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The London Eye is wheelchair accessible, but only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, it is recommended that you book in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye is within walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten- to fifteen-minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is close to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
