The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise at the London Eye is a combined ticket for a 40-minute circular River Thames cruise and standard admission to the London Eye. It also includes access to the London Eye 4D cinema experience, giving you two different ways to see London.
The River Cruise takes in views of the city’s riverside landmarks, while the London Eye has taken over 70 million people up since 2000. The London Eye is described as the most popular paid attraction in the UK and the only view of the city that moves.
This ticket includes standard boarding for the cruise and standard admission to the London Eye via Queue A. The cruise is circular and boards and disembarks at the London Eye Pier only.
Key facts: The River Cruise lasts 40 minutes and the London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. Your booked timeslot is for the River Cruise; after you receive your e-ticket, you can log into the booking portal to choose your London Eye timeslot.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. River Cruise audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
Please go to London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Your e-ticket can be presented printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before boarding the cruise.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted.
