The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise combines a circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames with standard admission to the London Eye. It gives you two views of London’s landmarks, from the river and from the wheel.
The River Cruise is a circular cruise without stops, with boarding and disembarking at the London Eye Pier only. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
Since 2000, the London Eye has taken over 70 million people across London’s skyline, and it is the UK’s most popular paid attraction. The sightseeing cruise is described as unique and award winning.
Duration: the River Cruise lasts 40 minutes and the London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The combined ticket also includes standard admission to the London Eye via Queue A and access to the 4D cinema experience.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but they still need a ticket.
Your confirmed timeslot is for the River Cruise. After you receive your e-ticket, log into the booking portal to book your London Eye timeslot. Please arrive at the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket and present it either printed or on a mobile device before boarding.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. For health and safety, only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye Pier is situated below The Lastminute.com London Eye. The venue is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is about five minutes’ walk, Embankment and Charing Cross are ten to fifteen minutes’ walk via Hungerford Bridge, and from Westminster you should take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
