About

About The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise

The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise at the London Eye is a combined ticket for a 40-minute circular cruise on the River Thames and standard admission to the London Eye. The cruise boards and finishes at the London Eye Pier, with no stops en route.

From the river, you can see some of London’s best-known riverside landmarks, then take in the city from the London Eye. The London Eye has been welcoming visitors since 2000 and has taken over 70 million people up to the capital’s skyline. It is described as the most popular paid attraction in the UK.

The ticket also includes access to the London Eye 4D cinema experience. Audio commentaries on the river cruise are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Key facts: The river cruise lasts 40 minutes and the London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The timeslot booked is for the river cruise; after receiving your e-ticket, you can log into the booking portal to choose your London Eye timeslot.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please arrive at the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket to staff for scanning before boarding the cruise; it can be shown printed or on a mobile device.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. Once you have booked, it is recommended that you book your wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.
