Harry Potter and The Cursed Child - One-Part at the Palace Theatre is a new play by Jack Thorne, based on an original story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany. It follows Harry, Ron and Hermione 19 years after they saved the wizarding world, alongside a new generation at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

The production premiered in London’s West End at the Palace Theatre in summer 2016. It is the most awarded West End play in the history of the Olivier Awards, with a record-breaking nine wins in 2017 including Best New Play and Best Director.

As the story unfolds, Harry faces a past that refuses to stay in the past, while his youngest son Albus struggles with the legacy of the family he was born into.

Running time: 2 hours, 55 minutes, including one 20-minute interval.

Before you book

Recommended for children aged 8+. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Children under 5 are not permitted, and Babes in Arms are not admitted to the auditorium. Patrons under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

The One-Part show begins from 9th October with a reimagined production. The Two-Part show’s final performance is on 20th September.
