Hidden within the attraction is the Royal Garden Party, which uses immersive sounds and effects to evoke the gardens of Buckingham Palace in the company of Her Majesty the Queen. A selection of sandwiches, cakes and freshly baked scones is also available.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they still need a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Go to Attraction Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket, and present the ticket either printed or on a mobile device so it can be scanned before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. If your group includes a wheelchair user, a wheelchair slot must be pre-booked online at least 24 hours in advance. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time.

The majority of the facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible to disabled guests, and trained staff can transport guests safely between floors by lift.
