Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Go to Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket. Printed tickets and tickets on a mobile device are accepted, and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. The majority of the facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible, with lift access between floors. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at one time, so a wheelchair slot must be pre-booked online at least 24 hours before your visit.
