Relics at Lyric Hammersmith Theatre is the world premiere of Ben Ockrent’s darkly comic family drama, directed by the award-winning Michael Longhurst.
When four siblings reunite at their recently deceased mother’s home to divide her possessions, a long-buried family secret spills out and forces them to rethink what they thought they knew about one another. Liv is determined to put things back the way they were, Rob wants everyone to get along, Michelle has had enough of keeping the peace, and Jonny seems set on pushing every button.
The play looks at the legacies families inherit, the choices they make and the compromises that come with growing up.
