Relics at Lyric Hammersmith Theatre is the world premiere of Ben Ockrent’s darkly comic family drama, directed by the award-winning Michael Longhurst.
Four siblings reunite in their recently deceased mother’s home to divide her possessions, but a long-buried family secret comes out and changes how they see themselves and one another.
Liv wants to force a return to how things used to be, Rob tries to keep everyone on side, Michelle has had enough of holding the family together, and Jonny arrives ready to push every button. The play looks at inherited legacies, family choices and the compromise involved in growing up.
