About You and It

You and It at King's Head Theatre, Islington, is an award-winning Korean musical arriving in London for a limited run. Set in a near-future world where humans and artificial intelligence coexist, it follows a grieving widower who encounters an AI created in the image of his late wife.

The story brings together grief, memory and the meaning of love in an intimate two-person narrative with a contemporary score. It has received acclaim in South Korea, Taiwan and Edinburgh, and won the Best Musical Award at the 13th Daegu International Musical Festival (DIMF).

In 2024, it became the first Korean original musical to present a fully localised English-language production at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, where it ran for a month. Original writers are Seoeun Oh and Q Lee, with original lyrics and music by Q Lee.
