About My Neighbour Totoro

My Neighbour Totoro at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in London's West End is a stage adaptation of Studio Ghibli's 1988 animated film. Adapted by Tom Morton-Smith and created in collaboration with Improbable and Nippon TV, it is presented by the Royal Shakespeare Company, with Executive Producer Joe Hisaishi.

The story follows one extraordinary summer in the lives of sisters Satsuki and Mei, and centres on childhood, imagination and a magical fantasy world. The production has won six Olivier Awards.

Running time is 2 hours 40 minutes, including a 20 minute interval.
