About Oliver!
Oliver! at the Gielgud Theatre is Cameron Mackintosh’s production of Lionel Bart’s musical, directed and choreographed by Matthew Bourne, with co-direction by Jean-Pierre van der Spuy. It opened in London on Saturday 14 December 2024 following a sold-out season at Chichester Festival Theatre.
The show brings Dickens’ story of the boy who asked for more to the stage with Bart’s score, including Food Glorious Food, Consider Yourself, You’ve Got to Pick-a-Pocket or Two, I’d Do Anything, Oom Pah Pah and As Long As He Needs Me. It is an Olivier, Tony and Oscar-winning musical.
