三、购票须知

 1. 购票后请妥善保管电子票二维码，用于现场验票。

 2. 实名购票与实名入场，需与订单信息一致。

 3. 必须携带实体 ID（原件）；EVISA、电子照片、复印件无效❗️

 4. 年龄限制：18+，未满18岁谢绝入场。

 5. 一人一票，仅限本人入场。

 6. 请认准官方购票渠道，非官方票源风险由购票人自行承担。

 7. 因不可抗力导致演出时间、阵容或细节调整，以官方公告为准，不构成退票理由。

四、退票机制

 1. 非主办原因，一经售出概不退换。

 2. 因个人行程、证件、交通、重复购票等个人原因，不支持退票。

 3. 若演出取消、延期或发生重大阵容变更，将按平台流程统一退票或改签。

 4. 退款在审核通过后按平台周期原路退回。

2. ENTRY TIMES

VIP Entry: 6:00 PM

General Admission Entry: 7:00 PM

LAST ENTRY: 8:00 PM

Event Time｜7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

VIP Signing / Meet & Greet｜6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

VIP ticket holders must complete their signing and meet & greet within the designated time period.

Late arrivals will not be eligible for a replacement signing session or meet & greet.

Please plan your arrival time accordingly.

Entry will not be permitted after the Last Entry time.

3. TICKET TERMS & ENTRY POLICY

1. Please keep your electronic ticket QR code safe after purchase, as it will be required for entry.

2. Tickets are issued on a named basis. The attendee's identity must match the information provided on the booking.

3. A valid physical photo ID in its original form must be presented at the venue. eVisas, digital photos or photocopies will NOT be accepted as valid ID. ❗️ 

4. Age restriction: 18+. Guests under the age of 18 will not be admitted. 

5. One ticket admits one person only and may only be used by the named ticket holder.

6. Please purchase tickets only through official ticketing channels. FIVESTARS accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties.

7. In the event of changes to the event time, lineup or other event details due to circumstances beyond the organiser's control, the latest official announcement will apply. Such changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Outside drinks, flammable or explosive materials, sharp objects and other prohibited items are not permitted inside the venue.

4. REFUND POLICY

1. Unless the event is affected by circumstances attributable to the organiser, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable / non-exchangeable. 

9. Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons, including but not limited to travel plans, identification issues, transport disruption or duplicate ticket purchases.

10. If the event is cancelled, postponed or subject to a significant lineup change, refunds or ticket transfers will be processed in accordance with the official ticketing platform's policy.

11. Once approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within the processing timeframe of the ticketing platform.
