About RENT
RENT at the Duke of York’s Theatre in London is Jonathan Larson’s musical returning to the West End thirty years after it first redefined musical theatre.
Inspired by Puccini’s La Bohème, it follows a generation facing joy, uncertainty and resilience through a story centred on community, connection and making every moment count.
Larson’s score and the line “No day but today” sit at the heart of this production, which brings the musical’s relationships and urgency back to the West End.

Before you book
