The Oresteia at the Bridge Theatre in London is Simon Stone's stage production of a Greek myth, recast around a contemporary family. The family wakes up inside the myth and cannot seem to find a way out of its hellish destiny.
Stone is the Australian theatre and film director behind reworkings of classic works including Yerma and Phaedra. He staged The Lady from the Sea at the Bridge Theatre last year.
