The Oresteia at the Bridge Theatre, London, is Simon Stone's contemporary take on a Greek myth. A modern family wakes up inside a world shaped by fate and cannot find a way out of its hellish destiny.
Simon Stone is an acclaimed Australian theatre and film director known for radical reimaginings of classic works, including Yerma and Phaedra. He returns to the Bridge Theatre after staging The Lady from the Sea, starring Alicia Vikander and Andrew Lincoln, last year.
