The Oresteia at the Bridge Theatre is Simon Stone’s production of a contemporary family caught inside a Greek myth, unable to find a way out of its fate. Stone is known for reworking classic texts, with previous productions including Yerma, Phaedra and The Lady from the Sea at the Bridge Theatre last year.

This production is billed with a strong content warning and may suit adults looking for a dark, modern staging of a classic story. It combines myth, family drama and graphic themes in a contemporary setting.
