About Death Note The Musical
Death Note The Musical brings the manga by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata to London in a stage production created in collaboration with original producers HoriPro. It follows brilliant student Light Yagami after he discovers a notebook with the power over life and death, setting off a battle of wits with the elusive detective L.
The production features a score by Tony, Grammy and Emmy nominee Frank Wildhorn, with lyrics by Jack Murphy and a book by Ivan Menchell. The original manga has sold over 30 million copies worldwide.
