Death Note The Musical brings the legendary manga by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata to London in collaboration with original producers HoriPro. The story follows brilliant student Light Yagami after he discovers a notebook with the power over life and death, setting off a battle of wits with the elusive detective L as he tries to reshape the world.
With over 30 million copies sold worldwide, the production features a score by Tony, Grammy and Emmy nominee Frank Wildhorn, lyrics by Jack Murphy and a book by Ivan Menchell. It turns the manga’s central conflict into a stage musical built around consequence, pursuit and control.
