Chefmates is the natural next step in our mission to elevate your tastebuds. Glassmates has joined forces with our mate Dan Britten, affectionately known as The Chef Guy, to take you on an adventure through flavour.

We've been eager to bring back pairing dinners for a while now, but it's always been about finding the right moment, the right people, and the right space.

That moment has arrived.

Sunday 12th July | Five courses, three cocktails, and a dining experience designed to indulge and surprise at every turn. We'll be taking over the beautiful surroundings of Archie's in Herne Hill-Dan commanding the kitchen, Glassmates running the bar.

feta, harissa brittle, cumin yoghurt

rum caramel, vanilla & lemongrass soaked genoise sponge
