Horrible Histories: Barmy Britain (2026) at the Apollo Theatre brings back Barmy Britain – the best bits. It is a live stage show about the history of Britain, with the nasty bits left in, as part of the summer season.
The show includes battling Boudicca, King John and the Magna Carta, the plague, gunpowder Guy, Dick Turpin, Burke and Hare, and party Queen Victoria. It is presented as entertainment for the whole family.
Running time: 70 mins approx. (no interval). Dates: 30 July to 31 August 2026.
