Sinatra The Musical is heading to the West End at the Aldwych Theatre from June 2026. Set on New Year’s Eve in 1942, it follows a 27-year-old Frank Sinatra as he steps on to the stage at New York City’s Paramount Theatre and begins the performance that changes music history.
As Sinatra’s voice captures a nation, the story turns to the pressure around his personal life, with his heart torn between his wife, Nancy, and film star Ava Gardner. When scandal and a hostile press send his career into a tailspin, the musical follows his fight back and the comeback that brought him back to the top of show business.
Featuring over twenty classic hits, including “That’s Life”, “One For My Baby”, “The Best Is Yet to Come” and “I’ve Got the World on a String”, the production is written by two-time Tony Award-winning writer Joe DiPietro and directed and choreographed by Olivier Award-winning and three-time Tony Award-winning Kathleen Marshall.
