The Abbey Tavern, North London’s favourite local public house with the best beer garden and roof terrace in Kentish Town, is under new management. We want our customers to continue to enjoy the best parts of The Abbey Tavern and to have an improved experience from the kitchen, the bar, in the beer garden, on the roof terrace and in the function room upstairs. Throughout spring of 2007, we’ll be tweaking and fiddling with all manner of things at The Abbey Tavern and hope our customers approve. Please say hello to us next time you’re visiting or email us any comments and suggestions. We’ll also still be open till midnight Sunday – Wednesday and to 1am Thursday - Saturday. The kitchen is serving up great food cooked fresh for you daily. The Abbey Tavern is also a great meeting point for pre-show drinks and snacks as well as after-show get-togethers. For the musically thirsty, live music on Sunday and Tuesday evenings continues to be brought to you by Sound Bites. Sound Bites have also brought a new and improved music policy to The Abbey Tavern, incorporating a truck load of the most excellent tunes from the sixties to the nauties. To be sure, you’ll be listening to the best sounds in Kentish Town. The Abbey Tavern with wireless / broadband, is also available for private hires, DJ nights, record launches, corporate events, and album playbacks. The Abbey Tavern isn’t just a pub.
